CTSL Spill Specialists welcomes 4 new team members, based in Rhyl, North Wales, and serving homeowners and businesses across north and mid-Wales.

Supporting our regional base at Preston, CTSL Spill Specialists has recently welcomed new team members in Rhyl, North Wales. With their own equipment storage locally, our new team members provide critical 'feet on the ground' services for policyholders, homeowners and commercial customers in North Wales and mid-Wales.
Prompt response times, local knowledge and excellent customer care and service levels from our new team members in North Wales will ensure that CTSL Spill Specialists maintains a strong reputation amongst our leading insurer and loss adjuster clients nationwide. With access to remote technologies, 3D modelling software and strong groundworks skills, fuel and spill response, remediation and restoration will be handled efficiently and with great care.
Our Rhyl base opened in the summer, welcoming two team members, Tony and Paul. Warmly received by clients, Tony and Paul were kept busy in their first few months with CTSL Spill Specialists, attending spill response, clean up, remediation and restoration projects across North Wales and mid Wales.
With many rural properties in hard-to-reach locations across this region, having a permanent team presence in North Wales allows us to deploy resource quickly, benefiting from local knowledge and great experience in spill response and clean up to deliver effective, efficient and quality-assured, in-house services which provides additional reassurance for clients and policyholders throughout a job.
With plenty of demand and a happy team, we were pleased to welcome on board Warren and Mark recently as well, doubling the size of the Rhyl base in just a few weeks. Warren and Mark got straight to work and have recently supported a significant masonry replacement job with structural repairs following a kerosene heating oil spill in North Wales.
