Our spill clean-up and remediation specialists treat each project sympathetically, adopting unique approaches to preserve properties and their environments. Ground may be dug out and structures removed and replaced, or contamination treated in situ where buildings are listed or where occupiers remain in the property.

We commonly use heat and vapour extraction techniques and on-site groundwater treatment systems, as well as techniques and technologies developed by our scientist and building team for one-off spills.

CTSL is proud to deliver a complete service in-house, including a civils groundwork and building team highly experienced in the removal of contaminated structures and the rebuilding and restoring of properties to an exceptional standard.

Our team undertakes structural works, masonry treatment and masonry replacement on sites nationwide, in partnership with CTSL’s scientific remediation experts and communicating regularly with clients and policyholders to ensure the finished result meets all parties’ expectations.
